  • Event and competition promotion

  • Regulatory assistance coordination through third-party partners
     

The Company acts as a marketing and facilitation service provider only and does not act as a distributor, retailer, or importer unless explicitly stated.

No Guarantee of Sales or Distribution

While the Company works to create visibility and commercial opportunities for producers and brands, no guarantee of sales, distribution agreements, or commercial transactions is made or implied.

Business outcomes depend on multiple factors including product quality, market conditions, pricing, and decisions made by third-party buyers or distributors.

Participation in Competitions and Events

If the Company promotes or facilitates entries into competitions or events:

  • Entry fees will be directly to the organizer of the said competition on the website they use.

  • Entry fees do not guarantee medals, awards, or recognition.

  • Judging outcomes are determined solely by independent judging panels.

  • The Company does not influence or alter judging decisions.

Regulatory Assistance (TTB, FDA, Import Compliance)

The Company may assist producers by coordinating regulatory services such as:

  • TTB COLA Waiver applications

  • FDA facility registration

  • Prior Notice

  • Acting importer coordination
     

These services are typically carried out through licensed third-party partners or importers.

The Company:

  • Does not guarantee regulatory approval

  • Is not responsible for delays caused by government authorities
     

Is not liable for rejected shipments due to incorrect documentation provided by the producer

Acting Importer Services

Where an acting importer is used:

  • The importer operates as an independent licensed entity

  • Their services may involve separate fees and compliance procedures
     

The Company acts only as a facilitator of communication

Producer Responsibilities

Producers and clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate product information

  • Ensure labels, ingredients, and documentation comply with regulations

  • Arrange shipping of samples where required

  • Cover applicable shipping costs, taxes, duties, and customs charges
     

The Company is not responsible for customs issues or shipment delays.

Fees and Payments

Fees for services, promotions, or competition participation must be paid as outlined in invoices or service agreements.

  • Currency conversion fees charged by banks or payment providers are the responsibility of the payer.
     

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.

Intellectual Property and Marketing Use

By submitting brand information, images, logos, or product details to the Company, clients grant permission for the Company to use such materials for:

  • Website listings

  • Trade newsletters

  • Marketing campaigns

  • Competition promotion

  • Industry communications
     

Ownership of trademarks and brand assets remains with the original brand owner.

Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for:

  • Commercial losses or missed business opportunities

  • Distributor decisions or buyer negotiations

  • Regulatory rejections or delays

  • Shipping issues or customs clearance problems

  • Competition judging outcomes
     

The Company’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided.

The Company is not responsible for the actions, services, or policies of these third parties.
